Princeska Hosting holds access to a curated selection of private apartment terraces in Monegasque buildings that overlook the circuit directly. These are not public viewpoints or hospitality packages, they are private residences, opened for the race weekend under exclusive arrangement.
The formula combines the intimacy of a private setting with a race-day view that no grandstand can replicate. From your terrace, the cars pass below at 280 km/h. The experience is visceral, close, and utterly Monegasque.
Avenue d'Ostende, Boulevard Albert 1er, Quai Antoine 1er, Avenue Princesse Grace. Each position overlooks a key point of the circuit, pit straight, Sainte-Dévote corner, swimming pool chicane, harbor section.
Champagne welcome, gastronomic catering throughout the day, private open bar, dedicated host. Air-conditioned interior lounge available in case of rain. Discreet, attentive service from arrival to departure.
Official F1 broadcast on the terrace, paired with race commentary. Replay screens for slow-motion analysis. Direct view supplemented by live timing.
Thursday free practice, Friday press day, Saturday qualifying, Sunday race, each bookable separately or as a full weekend. Race day (Sunday) is the most in-demand; we recommend booking all four days for the full Monaco experience.
Terrace seats are strictly limited, we work with a fixed number of apartments per Grand Prix. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis from December for the following June. We recommend contacting us at least 4 to 6 months before the race.
